In short: your photos and videos stay on your device. Snapora has no accounts and never uploads your captures. We use your location to stamp your photos, and a few trusted services to show ads, process purchases and understand how the app is used.
Snapora — GPS Camera (“Snapora”, “we”, “us”) is a camera app that stamps photos and videos with location, date and other details. If you have any question about this policy, contact us at rivoralabs@gmail.com.
You can change any of these at any time in your device’s Settings. The app keeps working with any combination; features that need a missing permission simply won’t be available.
Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.
Data kept on your device is removed when you delete the app; captures already saved to your photo library remain there until you delete them. Analytics data is retained by Google Firebase for a limited period and then deleted automatically. To ask us to delete any analytics data associated with your device, email us.
Snapora is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete information about you, or to object to how it is used. Contact us at rivoralabs@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
We may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date above will always show when it was last revised, and significant changes will be highlighted in the app.
In short: use Snapora lawfully, you own your photos, Pro is billed and refunded by Apple, and location stamps are only as accurate as your device’s GPS.
By downloading or using Snapora you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You own the photos and videos you take with Snapora. We claim no rights to them. You are responsible for what you capture and share, including having permission to photograph people and private places.
You agree not to use Snapora to break any law, to invade anyone’s privacy, or to create misleading or falsified evidence. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify or interfere with the app.
Location, address, altitude and heading come from your device and third-party mapping services and may be inaccurate or unavailable. Snapora is provided for convenience and documentation; do not rely on it where precise or legally verified location or time is required.
Some Pro templates can be used once, without a subscription, by watching a rewarded ad to the end. The unlock covers a single capture, after which the default template is restored. An unlock is only granted when the ad is completed.
Snapora relies on services from Apple, Google and RevenueCat. Their availability is outside our control and their use is also subject to their own terms.
Snapora is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that captures will always be saved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of photos, videos or data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
We may update these terms or change, suspend or discontinue features of the app. Continuing to use Snapora after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. Your use of the app must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
